Parent Coffee: Raising Healthy Kids Workshop

Please join us to start the new year off with some information on how you can raise healthy kids!  We are excited to announce that we have a health coach who will be presenting at our parent coffee.  Join us on January 19th at 9:15 right after the carline. If you have a Toddler Student that needs childcare, please let us know.

The Raising Healthy Kids Workshop provides parents with practical and fun tools to build a healthy foundation for a lifetime of wellness. Parents will gain insight that can serve to improve their child’s learning and behavior, balanced energy levels, interest in exploring new foods and parents’ ability to prepare healthy snacks/meals, and more. During this workshop, Rachel Souza, Certified Health Coach, is here to support parents in their valiant efforts in this positive, upbeat, and insightful presentation bringing her years of personal experience, qualification, and passion for the family to every session and every parent.
