Brandon Damaska
Youth Pastor​​
I joined North Gwinnett Church in 2025 and have the joy of serving our 6th–12th grade students. My heart is to help them know the Gospel deeply, grow in confidence, and live out their faith boldly—wherever life leads. My wife and I share a passion for walking alongside the next generation, encouraging them to discover their purpose and trust God’s plan. We’re continually amazed by how He moves through this community, and we’re honored to be part of it.

Cindi Zureich
Preschool Director
I have been with North Gwinnett Church's weekday preschool since it opened in 2017, and have been the director since 2019. My mission is to welcome all families and meet each child where they are (socially, emotionally, and academically) and help them grow in all these areas while showing God's love. I am married, have two grown children, and enjoy travelling to new places.

Jennifer Steffens
AWANA Director
I’ve been part of North Gwinnett Church since 2013 and have had the joy of serving in Awana Clubs for over 20 years. My husband, Nick, and I both grew up in the program, and now our children are growing up in it too. Awana has had a deep impact on my life, and I’m passionate about its mission to reach boys and girls with the Gospel of Christ and to train them to serve Him!
